Join me and Amy Sue Smith this fall
at Sol Luna Yoga in Avalon, NJ for a weekend of mindful practices to help us all feel more grounded and at home. We will put aside the hustle and bustle of our wired, multi-tasking lives for a restorative weekend filled with all sorts of practices that will allow us to slow down, catch our breath, ease physical tension and mental busy-ness. Meals and transition times between practices have been thoughtfully planned throughout the weekend so you can really get a break from it all, relax and laugh with one another. |

WHAT PAST RETREATERS ARE SAYING:
I wanted to express my gratitude to the 2 of you for the 'centering' weekend at the studio. It was the medicine I didn't know I needed. I carried that loving energy with me and I believe it helped me while I sat in the Emergency Room with my daughter and her 18month old after the baby took a nasty fall. Thank goodness she's ok!! But I felt still and present for my daughter and her baby. I even left my cell phone at home in the chaos, but didn't really care. This energy I believe I can attribute to the blissful weekend I spent with you and the other fellow yogis. ~ Cheryl It was such a lovely weekend. Christine and I wish we were back in Avalon with you all this weekend. How lucky we were with the weather however! Thank you for creating a very special experience of relaxation and connection. Absolutely perfect. ~ Christine L. I wanted to thank you both again for a wonderful weekend. Groups (of women) aren't always a comfortable space for me, but the retreat truly is a safe, welcoming, warm place to be because of the guidance and energy of you both, and I am grateful. I woke up on Monday morning and realized what I felt over the weekend that I wasn't able to voice during the retreat was that I was seen, and I was nurtured, both of which I truly was in need of. ~ Liz Thanks again for a peaceful surrendering weekend! I carried your energy home with me and had a blissed out day today..sun was shining, daffodils were in bloom, temp was warm...spring has sprung. You yoga mammas did a great job hosting us and sharing your gifts with us. I am grateful. ~ Nancy |
