For the curious, complete beginners, advanced practitioners and everyone in between. In each 30-minute Let's Sit gathering, Cheri shares meditation instructions and inspiration from her own practice and study, and then leads a 15-minute guided practice. There is time after class to ask questions and share reflections. If you miss class or would like to listen again, a follow up email is sent with the recording as well as the quotes that are shared and practice suggestions for the week ahead. Let's Sit offers a no-nonsense approach to mindfulness meditation and how to take it out into your life. It makes meditation accessible to everyone - whether you are a brand new student or a seasoned practitioner seeking a deeper dive. |
The name "Let's Sit" is a nod to the simplicity of mindfulness - awareness is available to us at any time, right here, right now.
"Let's Sit" is also an invitation for us to come together in community, to feel the support of one another as we practice and to learn from one another. Participants may practice in any position that's comfortable for them - sitting, standing, lying down or even walking. |
