Loving-kindness is not simply a feeling we wait to arise. Ancient wisdom traditions have long taught us, and modern science increasingly confirms, that goodwill and kindness are innate capacities we can intentionally cultivate and strengthen through practice. It's not about being saccharine, ignoring life's difficulties, or becoming a doormat. Rather, loving-kindness meditation offers a profound training of the mind, heart, and body, helping us meet the challenges of life with greater ease, presence, and authenticity. |
Join Cheri for a transformational four-week journey exploring the ancient wisdom, modern science, and transformative practice of metta, or loving-kindness meditation.
Each 75-minute class will include guided meditation, education, personal reflection, and group dialogue.
