Are you...
Looking to jumpstart your meditation practice? Ready to commit but need some support? Want to give it a try but don’t know how? Think you don’t have enough time in your day to meditate? Join me and Commit to Sit! With a combination of live and recorded practices, you will learn about and explore mindfulness meditation for yourself. Create a schedule that works for you, with one weekly 45-minute class (join live or listen later) as well as resources and check-ins to support you along the way. REGISTRATION CLOSED |
THE COMMITMENT:
Once a week for 6 weeks:
Join the COMMIT to SIT sessions live on Tuesday mornings or play back the recording at your leisure. Live sessions will take place on Tuesdays at 9:30 am ET April 13 - May 18th and recording links will be emailed to participants later that same day for playback at your leisure. Each 45-minute session includes a group check-in, mediation tips and inspiration, and a 20-minute guided practice.
Daily-ish for 6 weeks:
Use the mediation recordings daily-ish to support your practice. No worries if you miss a day - daily-ish is all you need to commit to. Choose from short, 3-minute practices to longer, up to 40-minute practices. You will have the option to keep a record of your daily practice via a short, online or paper form.
At any time:
Get support from me by reaching our via email or setting up a phone call or video Zoom session. I'll also reserve time after each of the Tuesday live sessions to meet with participants one on one.
REGISTRATION CLOSED
A $50 donation is suggested for the 6-week program. 40% of the proceeds will be given to The Mom Squad volunteers who support families and seniors at the Homeward NYC shelter. Learn more here. No one will be turned away for lack of funds so please feel free to make an offering in an amount that works for you. This program is being offered in partnership with Sol Luna Yoga Studio in Avalon, NJ and your donation may be sent to them.
