coming home retreat waiver October 24-26, 2025


    By signing up for this retreat, you agree to the following Sol Luna Yoga LLC and Here & Now Yoga LLC Waiver:

    I understand and accept that the practice of yoga involves certain risks of physical injury. I fully understand that this retreat is educational, and I am solely responsible for my health, safety and well-being while participating. I agree that I will inform my instructor(s) of any activity which I cannot safely perform, and that I will not perform any activity which I feel is likely to cause me to injure myself. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Sol Luna Yoga LLC and Here & Now Yoga LLC and their respective affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, and their officers, directors, employees, teachers, independent contractors, members, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims of negligence, defamation, emotional distress, misrepresentation, fraud, or invasion of privacy arising out of, resulting from, by reason of, or in connection with my participation in the Coming Home retreat or activity with Sol Luna Yoga studio at 9626 2nd Ave Stone Harbor NJ 08247, including, without limitation, physical harm to me or my property.  I agree that I will not bring or be a party to any legal action or claim against any of the Released Parties, based upon or arising out of my participation in the Coming Home retreat or activity at the locations previously mentioned on any legal theory whatsoever (including, without limitation personal injury, negligence, rights of privacy and publicity, or defamation). By signing this waiver, I release Sol Luna Yoga and Here & Now Yoga LLC from any and all liability.
     
    Sol Luna Yoga and Here & Now Yoga LLC and its agents reserve the right to take and utilize photographs, videos, or any type of recording of participants in the Coming Home retreat. I consent to Sol Luna Yoga’s and Here & Now Yoga LLC’s use of any photograph, video, or recording of me and waive all rights to compensation and other rights which may arise as a result. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product where my likeness appears.
     
    I agree that any dispute concerning this agreement, or the matters covered hereunder will be resolved under New Jersey law, in the state or federal courts in New Jersey. I further agree that I shall be liable for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the Released Parties in connection with any claim or lawsuit brought in violation of this agreement.

    I HAVE READ THE TERMS HEREIN AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT BY PROVIDING MY SIGNATURE BELOW, I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE. I WARRANT THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER THIS WAIVER IN MY OWN NAME OR THAT IF I AM SIGNING ON BEHALF OF A MINOR CHILD, I GIVE FULL PERMISSION FOR SUCH MINOR’S PARTICIPATION IN THE VOLUNTARY ACTIVITIES AND AGREE TO THE TERMS HEREIN. 
     
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by entering my information below, I agree that I am signing this Waiver.
